The movie is based on a blind person who tries to take revenge for her blind wife. Her wife was raped. But it earned $28 million dollars globally. Sarkaar 3 also featured Yami Gautam, and it was directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It was made in line with the previous released Sarkaar.
