Go Goto Statement

The Go goto statement is a jump statement which is used to transfer the control to other parts of the program.

In goto statement, there must be a label. We use label to transfer the control of the program.

Go Goto Statement Example:

  package main  import (     “fmt”  )  func main() {     var input int  Loop:     fmt.Print(“You are not eligible to vote “)     fmt.Print(“Enter your age “)     fmt.Scanln(&input)     if (input <= 17) {        goto Loop     } else {        fmt.Print(“You can vote “)     }  }  

Output:

You are not eligible to vote   Enter your age 15  You are not eligible to vote   Enter your age 18  You can vote
