How to install BlueFish on MacOS
Introduction
BlueFish is a free software and advance text editor which supports various tools for programming in general. It is capable for the development of various dynamic websites. Bluefish supports programming in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java, C, C++ and many more. It is available for many platforms including Linux, Solaris, OSX and Windows. It was started by Chris Mazucand Olivier Sessinkin 1997.
Prerequisites
- MacOS
- Login as an administrator on terminal
- PHP
Installation
This includes several steps which are described below.
1) Install with homebrew
We can install bluefish by simply typing two commands
2) Open the Application
To open Bluefish from command line, we need to use following command.
We can open it by searching into our applications directory also.
Hence, we have successfully installed and get started with Bluefish on MacOS.
