Merge PDF Files
Merge PDF files means combining two or more PDF documents in only one. You can turn several documents into one, using the merge PDF tools.
You can improve your business and your productivity by combining PDFs. There are many reasons that merging a PDF is important. Suppose you want to print some documents. You have to open them all, click on the print, and setting the printing properties for every single document. If you merge all documents into one PDF, then it will be easy and will take less time and effort.
1. Merge Files in Adobe Acrobat DC
- To merge your files into one PDF, go to the Tools menu and select the Combine Files tool. And select Open.
Note: Adobe allows limited tools in the free version. To use the optimize tool, you need to purchase the Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Click on Add Files to select your files which you want to merge. To combine into one PDF, you can pick doc files, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, jpg photos, other documents, emails, and more. Even you can choose a folder on your computer.
- Select files to add. Here, I am going to choose one jpg file and one pdf file. Then Click Open.
- Select the file and drag & drop to reorder files, or press delete icon to remove any file you don’t want or to remove unwanted pages.
- When you are finished arranging, click on Combine Files.
- Acrobat uses the regular tag, i.e., Binder1.pdf, and opens the new combined PDF file.
Now you can rename, edit, save, and review your new document as required.
2. Merge Files using Online Tools
There are many online tools available to compress a PDF, such as a combine PDF, smallpdf, pdf2go, PDFJoiner, foxyUtils, sodapdf, ilovepdf, etc.
Here, we will use the PDFJoiner tool.
- Go to the given link. You will get the page like below:
- Drag and drop your file or select the UPLOAD FILES option to browse your files. Click Open.
- Once you browse your file then wait for some time, the tool will upload your files.
- Once you click on Join Files, your merged PDF file will be downloaded automatically.
