Munnar is a hill station in Kerala located in the Western Ghats at an altitude of 1600 metres above the sea level. It is also known as the Kashmir of South India. During the British rule in India, it was the summer resort of the British Govt. in South India.

8) Nainital, Uttarakhand

23) Auli, Uttarakhand
Auli is a popular hill station in the Garhwal region of the state of Uttarakhand, India at an altitude of 2505 meters above the sea level. It is known for its snowy slopes that make it a popular skiing destination or ski resort. It is also known as the skiing capital of India. Winter sports are often organized here to further promote skiing.

Mahabaleshwar is a hill station in the Western Ghats in Satara district of Maharashtra. It is located at an altitude of 1372 meters above the sea level and is known for its rivers, magnificent cascades, majestic peaks and beautiful strawberry farms. There are many locations that offer spectacular views of the surrounding valleys, hills and woods.

27) Lakshadweep
Lakshadweep is a famous tourist spot in India. Formerly, it was known as the Laccadives. It is located in the Arabian Sea around 300 km far from Kochi, Kerala. Lakshadweep is a group of 36 islands that is known for its striking beaches and lush green landscape. Out of 36 islands, in only 10 people are living.
The meaning of Lakshadweep is ‘a hundred thousand islands’. It is the smallest union territory of India with an area of 32 sq. km.
